Orders can be placed online for approved wholesale customers. If you would like to become a wholesale customer, please click here.

All items are shipped via UPS Ground. You will be charged the actual cost of shipping your order.

Payments can be made from the following 2 choices

1. You can choose to pay with a credit card when you order your items. However, because we charge actual shipping you will be billed for the shipping of your order when it is sent.

2. You can choose offline payments and receive an invoice that includes the order and shipping costs. This can be paid online.
